Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched within 7 business days.

We use one shipping partner to get your parcel safely delivered within Australia - Australia Post.

All orders are non – trackable.

Australia Post is currently delivering all parcels with contactless delivery, not requiring any signature. Please note that we accept no responsibility for parcels that are missing.

All international orders are sent using Australia Post’s standard international post and include tracking information. Please note, any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns Policy

Soar with Wonder does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the order is damaged. In the unlikely event your order arrives and is faulty, please send a photograph of the damaged parcel/damaged item to soarwithwonder@outlook.com within 7 calendar days of receipt. A replacement copy will be sent.
